It is a house that will be built in Capua (CE) for a family of 5 people.

 

All the main rooms are located on the mezzanine floor.

The double-height living room was partially lofted to accommodate the study. The latter leads to the large solarium on the flat roof.

In the basement, in addition to the garage and the various service rooms, we find large rooms for leisure and entertainment; an important excavation allows natural light to reach, through large windows, the rooms below the zero level.
