Thanks to the high thermal insulation, SMARTHOUSE needs very little energy to be heated in winter or cooled in summer, greatly reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.

A SMARTHOUSE BIO version is available in which all the materials used are completely natural, certified and recyclable, according to the EU Framework Program "Horizon 2020" for eco-sustainable building.

SMARTHOUSE BIO is built with natural materials such as wood and gypsum fiber that do not produce pollutants inside the house and at the same time guarantee different levels of comfort.

Hygrothermal comfort: thanks to the hygrometric properties of the wood, the humidity inside the environment is regulated in a natural way.

Acoustic comfort: the casing, realized with the overlapping of materials with different densities, allows a remarkable acoustic reduction.

Thermal comfort: the high thickness of the thermal insulation, present in every element of the casing (lower floor, perimeter walls and roofing), significantly reduces both heat loss in the winter period and summer overheating.
