This house was commissioned by a young couple with a limited budget.

The large surface, the double height, the large south-facing windows make the living area an ideal space to live with the family but also where to welcome guests comfortably.
The sleeping area is decidedly sober with spaces reduced to the essential.

The design was strongly influenced by the local building regulation which requires, in this area, the use of the roof with 2 inclined slopes.
