Within the built-up area of Wiener Neustadt, 45 km from Vienna, a land with a "difficult" surveyor, built over 35 years ago by the town planning tool, was never built.

Finally this project succeeded in enhancing the real estate with the placement of 4 independent real estate units on an 80-meter-deep building zone with a width sometimes less than 10 meters.

This will be the pilot project of a series of interventions that will take place in Austria from the beginning of 2020
